You warrant to the company that you are the holder of all rights, such as portrait rights and copyright (including the right to create secondary works), for the posts, and if the posts violate related laws such as the Copyright Act or infringement or dispute with a third party, this You agree that the related legal responsibilities are borne by the member who wrote and registered the post.
4. Members can use their posts (including portraits and names) as they are or create secondary works (advertisements, publicity materials, promotional materials) for free of charge and without limit on the period of use by the company or the company's domestic and foreign affiliates for domestic and international advertising and promotion.
